These terms govern your use of the CulvertVPN apps and service. By using CulvertVPN you agree to them.
CulvertVPN routes your device's internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel to one of our servers. A free tier is available without an account; Premium unlocks all locations, all speeds, and additional features.
Free access is anonymous and needs no registration. Premium requires an account, created by adding an email address, so your subscription can be restored across your devices. Keep your recovery information safe — an anonymous account cannot be recovered if lost.
You agree not to use CulvertVPN to: break the law; send spam or malware; attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any system or network; infringe others' rights; or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
CulvertVPN is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any particular network or website will be reachable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CulvertVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
You may stop using CulvertVPN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
